The customer agrees that Kinetic Identification Systems, LLC will not be held liable to the purchaser and/or to any end users for any lost revenues, profits, goodwill or use of the products/services contained herein. Upon submitting an official purchase order the purchaser expressly agrees it will Indemnify and Hold Harmless Kinetic Identification Systems, LLC from any and all claims, actions, and judgements, including all costs of defense and attorney’s fees incurred in defending against same, arising from and related to actions/items listed in this quote.
Kinetic Identification Systems, LLC does not provide any warranties either expressed or implied. Manufacturer’s OEM warranties may apply as applicable. Kinetic Identifications Systems, LLC or the customer may terminate work (labor only) on projects at any time without cause by submitting a written notification.
